Twerk Out Work Out was the very 1st Twerk Class Twerk N Tone ever created back in 2013. 2021 is the perfect time to bring it back! All from the comfort of wherever you are. This 30 fitness session is 30 FuLL of booty poppin, Skrippa shakin & body crunchin movements. All focused on healing, clearing & balancing the energy of the lower 3 chakras (Fear, Shame & Guilt).This class is perfect for people who want to become closer to their own feminine energy. There are cellular & mental health benefits from Melanated, natural female professionals who practice this form of healing.Comfortable fitness clothes, lingerie, booty shorts & sports bras are strongly encouraged. All lpartticipants must sign a Non-Disclosure form prior to participating with class. Please read our Waiver of Liability Agreement below for more information.
