Peace World! Because you asked, we provieded. Twerk Out Work Out Online has chaged class dates from Thursday @7pm PST to Saturday at 12pm PST. I was involved in a major automobile accident on 1/1/22 & I'm in the very early stages of healing. So we will focus heavily on stretching, yoga poses & deep breathing. Of course, our original HIIT (high interval intensity training) format is still being followed, using Twerkin & fitness to heal, clear & balance the lower 3 chakras, enjoy good vibes, socialze & burn over 2200 calories in the hour we workout. This is a fitness experience your will never forget! make sure you have your yoga mat, water & a towel. Plus your booty shorts & sports bra. Cuze we goin in!

Class is still $10 per person & you workout includes access to the fitness video for 72 hours.
