Meditation is a powerful tool that allows us to tap into our inner essence, promoting a deep sense of peace, clarity, & self-love. As we cultivate a regular meditation practice, we embark on a transformative journey of self-discovery & empowerment. Here's how it helps us glow from within:
1️⃣ Calms the Mind: Through meditation, we learn to quiet the mind chatter & find stillness. This inner calmness translates into a serene presence that radiates beauty & tranquility.
2️⃣ Reduces Stress: Stress can take a toll on our overall well-being & dampen our glow. Meditation acts as a natural stress reliever, allowing us to release tension & find balance, resulting in a vibrant & rejuvenated appearance.

All Womb Wellness classes will include a 5 meditation at the very end. Here are a couple of meditation tips I would suggest to any practitioner:
Relax your mind
Inhale through T your nose
Mentally say positivity in
Exhale through your mouth
Mentally say negativity out
Remain focused on ur breathe
As thoughts come in, thank them & ask them to return after your meditation
